ROLE/Job Responsibilities :
  • Handling Acronis or any other backup solutions and managing regional distribution and channel partners.
  • Responsible for pursuing sales generating opportunities from existing or new customer accounts.
  • Prospecting, lead generation and customer interaction via telephone to sell and market Acronis products.
  • Quote prices, credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, annual sales and revenue target.
  • Meet daily and monthly activity targets such as outbound calls, time spent on phone, number of account acquisitions and close rates.
  • Work the entire sales process from prospecting new leads to the activation of new accounts.
  • Supporting of all the renewal business and activities for the BU.
  • Team with sales person to service corporate accounts.
  • Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline of self-generated sales lead.
  • Communicate appropriate product and technical information to prospective customers and conduct follow up according to department standards.
  • Identify sales trends, document prospect feedback and contribute constructive feedback to our internal partners regarding marketing, product and systems as necessary.
  • Manage third party vendors
  • Conduct outbound cold calls into targeted accounts to promote Acronis product and Sales promotion plans.
  • To achieve a monthly sales target and search for new business opportunities in existing accounts through the identification of new contracts.
  • Follow up on sales leads in a timely and effective manner
  • Perform marketing activities
Requirements :
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Technical and IT product knowledge is required
  • Familiar with IT backup and recovery storage and Cloud Computing
  • Technical Background experience is a plus
  • Outgoing, patient, customer oriented and has a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused individual with solid sales track
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong sales knowledge
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
