Job Summary

Description

  • Be the SPOC for all the customers of Knowlarity. As a Tech Support Executive, you will solve their queries, complaints and requests within TAT and increase customer delight.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers with queries, complaints and requests
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to customers/clients
  • Taking ownership of tickets received and ensure closure till the customer is satisfied

Must-have:

  • Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Display customer empathy solution-driven approach
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support in voice, chat and email
  • Flexibility with rotational shifts and rotational weekly-offs
  • B.Tech in Computer Science (Preferred)
