Job Summary Experience: 1 - 3 years Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation from any Recognized University Skill sets Expected:
  • Good knowledge in Instructional Design Principles and Theories.
  • In-depth knowledge in the specific subject.
  • Good knowledge in English grammar and excellent writing skills.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Intermediate/ advanced knowledge in MS-Office package.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Research and synthesize information from authentic sources.
  • Define course goals and learning objectives.
  • Develop Scripts and Story Boards as per Instructional Design Theories.
  • Perform a thorough analysis on the subject matter that was written.
  • Work with SMEs to make sure that the storyboard content is technically correct.
  • Proof read the document prepared to avoid grammatical and technical errors.
  • Team up with illustrators, graphic designers, animators and software programmers to ensure the scope and accuracy of the final courseware product.
  • Review the deliverables.
  • Manage to deliver projects on time with best quality.
