Report To: Research Manager

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in research industry

Job Overview:
Research Analysts work on timely and quality delivering of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with years of on-the-ground experience as per client s requirement.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Understanding client s primary research requirements across industries globally
• Identifying relevant executives / subject matter experts (SMEs) for research projects
• Vetting SMEs to gauge their relevance for the projects in hand
• Recruiting SMEs to join our pool of global network of advisors and thereby participate in paid consulting engagements.

Professional Skills:

• Superior communication and interaction skills with a confident and professional personality
• Ability to quickly grasp basic industry dynamics
• Strong research and networking skills are required along with speed and attention to detail
• Fluency in any other foreign language (European / Asian) will be an added benefit
• Open to flexible working hours
