Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.

Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.


Skills Required :

Strong understanding and ability to recruit mid and senior management staff.

Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience.

Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment life cycle processes.

Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from varied sources and not only dependent on job portals.

Prior experience in start up shall be preferred.

Should be open to work in 6 days working culture.
