Trainer Job in Kochartech
Deliver new Hire training to all new hire support agents and refresher training to existing agents on the floor
Attend all training calls with client as well as internal meetings and provide updates, information and inputs from Process Training
Participates in all internal and external calibration sessions
Responsible for the delivery of soft skill, sales / product training Alternates shifts according to training requirements
Performs all procedures completely and accurately
Provides feedback to management regarding process improvements
Skills Required :
Experience in domestic BPO is a must.
Graduate in any discipline
Min 2 years overall work experience (Preferred customer services experience), should have minimum 6 months experience working as Trainer
Should be comfortable working in any shift
Excellent communication and data presentation skills Good communication skills both verbal and written
Problem solving ability and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy
24*7 and Rotational shift environment Male candidates should be open for night shift
