Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Achieving qualified outbound leads as per targets from assigned vertical.
  • Use methods of cold calling, emails, LinkedIn etc to generate leads.
  • Nurture qualified leads to RFP.
  • Coordinating with BDM, pre-sales, solutioning teams before and after the meetings.
  • Identify new market segments, new partnerships tap various business verticals and generate new clients.
  • Conduct Market Research on identifying the new market segments.
  • Provide existing clients with proposals for projects, acquiring accounts.
  • Establish initial contact over phone and convince clients of the benefits of our software products.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

  • Expertise in cold calling to the emerging market and setting appointments.
  • Ability to learn Industry verticals, software development.
  • Bidding on portals Like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Email writing as per the decided campaign.
  • Ability to sell, nurture and follow-up consistently.
  • Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research and social media to introduce company product and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up.
  • Work with the Inside Sales Manager to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
