Job Profile:

Motion Graphic Designer is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing creatives along with any kind of other Brand Identity and Corporate Profile work. In addition, they are responsible for managing, guiding and training graphic designer interns of the team.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic artist to join our company as a Motion Graphics Designer. As part of our creative team, you create video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You work with a larger team of creative professionals, supporting company goals and media initiatives, meaning that a collaborative mindset is an absolute must. Our ideal candidate is an expert in an array of Adobe products, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects Design. You should also be an expert in other common design software.

Roles (Duties) & Responsibilities:

• Create visually strong video assets and content.
• Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Past experience in Editing software- Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
• Ability to work on a written script and produce motion graphic videos based on it.
• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, video infographics etc.)
• Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and graphic-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe XD and etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus advantage
