Job Description Responsible for being the key point of contact for SMB to enterprise clients and responsible for building long-lasting relationships. Building and implementing strategies for generating and developing business growth opportunities in account retention. Responsible for upselling and cross-selling the services to the clients. Establish, maintain, and nurture business relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Creating watertight proposals with a detailed scope of work, associated budget, and creative pitches needed for client meetings. Creating reports around account retention, account management, and account engagement. Responsible for building, grooming, and managing the Account Management team and driving performance. Will have to travel across India for business meetings. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in account management. Industry: Experience in media planning/ influencer marketing/ media/ SaaS and advertising. Education: Bachelor's Degree/Master's in Sales & Marketing. Have experience and exposure to B2B Sales & Marketing. Possessing strong managerial skills Strong communication, organization, and client relationship management skills. Passionate about strategy and creating meaningful solutions for client needs.
