Job Description :
- Lead Presales, Sales and Post sales team.
- Drive Sales through Direct Walk-ins, Channel Partners & Other sources (Web, Hoardings, and Exhibition etc.)
- Responsible for monitoring and achieving sales targets of all projects.
- Carrying out/monitoring various activities such as Surveys of in & around areas to keep update about the market trends, competitive pricing, product & preparing the analysis matrix of the same activity for future references.
- Supervising the Sales & Marketing Activities by Coordinating with various in-house departments and maintaining the relevant ERP entries.
- Various Marketing activities for all projects.
- Meeting all the vendors, negotiating with them, finalizing the sites for promotional activities like hoarding, banners, newspaper ads, online portals, local events etc.
- Planning the concept, theme for the project during various occasions/festivals.
- Supervising & Managing daily activities of Outbound & Inbound sales people, tele caller & customer relationship manager.
- Hiring people to fill any Vacancy related to sales.
- Tie-up with banks.
