Job Description :

  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Responsible for conducting BTL Activities and generating leads through same.
  • Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
  • Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.
  • Entry of bookings in the CRM.
  • Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales.
  • Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector.
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
  • Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers.
  • Advise on appropriate purchase options.
  • Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
  • Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts.
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Source and work on customer referrals.
  • Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.

Skills :

  • Coaching helping team members reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
  • Salesmanship sales skills are fundamental, as these managers must to train their sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis
  • Team management oversee the sales agent team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met
  • Communication skills the ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales agents, and other managers is essential for effective real estate sales managers
  • Business acumen an understanding of how a business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales is important for real estate sales managers. They must think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a manager mindset
  • Performance management have to plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment
