Qualification : H.S.C. / Graduate/Civil

Experience : 8+ Years (Residential)

Location : Kalyan

Special Requirements : Owned Vehicle and ability to drive & Should Have Own Smart Phone

Department : Civil

Work Timings : 9AM To 7PM

Reports To : Project Manager

Languages : Hindi, English

Job Description :

• Ordering aggregates.
• Prepare and WhatsApp daily work report.
• Aggressive daily Follow up of vendors & contractors.
• Ensure all work is completed to programme.
• Fulfil the role of Temporary contractor when required.
• Work together with civil team regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
• Create and maintain good relations with neighbours and other stakeholders.
• Assisting purchase manager with inviting tenders / quotations.
• Check measurement and quantity of materials received at site. Subsequently issue goods received note.

Skills :

• Ability to write readable English
• Extensive Knowledge of residential building construction activities
• Drawing Reading
• Bill checking
