KEY RESPONCIBILITY Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution. Controlling and improving the MTTR & MTBF matrix for plant machineries and equipment's. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities. Provide the crucial input to management on selection of machines, equipment's and spares procurement. Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department as per ISO requirements. Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chiller plants. Must develop the annual/periodic preventive maintenance plan and taking care of it's execution. Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality. Monitor equipment critical spare parts inventory and raise PR when necessary. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Maintain maintenance logs and reports on daily activities. Setting and maintaining departmental budget. Managing and maintaining Critical spare parts inventory. Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive support/solutions when required. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with (OHSAS)
