Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • 2 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role preferably in ERP or software-based industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first approach.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule, execute, and track project progress.
  • Prepare and present regular updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks effectively across teams and monitor performance and deliverables.
  • Identify potential project risks and opportunities; proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, project profitability, and overall efficiency.
  • Organize and lead stakeholder and project team meetings, capturing minutes and follow-ups.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualification :
