Experience & Skills:
- 2 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role preferably in ERP or software-based industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, customer-first approach.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule, execute, and track project progress.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks effectively across teams and monitor performance and deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks and opportunities; proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, project profitability, and overall efficiency.
- Organize and lead stakeholder and project team meetings, capturing minutes and follow-ups.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
