Job Description :CCNA,CCIE (preferred )

• Provide technical support to customers via meetings, phone or email.
• Provide technical expertise to the client throughout the sales process
• Responsible for presentations, Sales Engineering support, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation assistance, Scope of Work (SOW) assistance, should know to run CCW tool.
• Be available as a pre-sales resource for sales and engineering
• Excellent customer service skills on phone and in person
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly
• Must be fully knowledgeable and able to design and plan, implement and support IT solutions.
• Should have good knowledge and experience in IT Infrastructure designing, implementation
• Should understand and design the concepts of HLD, LLD, Networking design and its concepts.
