Position: Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a product designer, you will be the voice of the users and the mastermind behind the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our AI-powered platforms.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of UX and UI: You will be responsible for research, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, prototyping, validating solutions, developer handoff, and testing.
• User research: Comfortable conducting user research to validate design ideas and decisions.
• Collaboration: Work directly with management and product teams from the conceptualization stage to execution.
• Structured design process: Follow a structured thought process for designing the product and communicate your ideas clearly.
• Prototype development: Create clickable prototypes using tools like InVision or Principle when needed.
• Design system management: Maintain and evolve design systems, including iconography and illustrations.

Experience & Skills Required

Must Have Skills:

• 5-12 years of experience in Product Design (UX & Interaction Design).
• Expert-level proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Google Suite, etc.
• Strong ability to communicate, present, and tell stories through your designs.
• A detail-oriented, strategic thinker with the ability to make sound design decisions.
• Expertise in illustrations and iconography.
• Experience in creating and managing design systems.
• A strong knowledge of design principles.

• Thorough research before starting any design process.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Empathy for end-users, business, and technology, ensuring designs balance all aspects.
• Drive usability testing and expert reviews early in the design process.

Education Qualification

Bachelor s or Master s in Design.
