Job Summary

What you ll do on the job:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and identify solutions to resolve.
  • Communicating with customers quickly to get the issues resolved within SLA.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback and solutions.
  • Supporting the role out of new features.
  • Managing multiple cases at a time.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.

Who ll be a good fit:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering - preferably Computer Science/Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in Tech support.
  • Experience with help desk software.
  • Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
