Job Summary

1-3 years of experience in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment, Sourcing Requirements to Placing Consultants
Experience in working with OPT/CPT,H1B, EAD, Green Card & US citizens, .
Knowledge on all US Tax-terms (W2, 1099 and Corp2Corp).
Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects with minimum turn around.
Expertise in Handling H1transfer Consultants.
Strong Communication Skills
Go Getter
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
