As a Customer Success Specialist at Kovai.co, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers maximize the value of our products. You'll work closely with clients to build strong relationships, resolve issues, and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Customer Data Analysis: Use customer data insights to enhance user experience and improve product adoption.
- Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities to maximize value, reduce churn, and support upselling strategies.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Customer Success Process: Follow established best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support role ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to present product value to customers via demos, webinars, or onboarding sessions
- Self-starter with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
