As a Product Manager at Kovai.co, you will own the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization, delivering solutions that delight users and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management for our SaaS products.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business goals.
• Create clear use cases, user stories, and detailed requirements to guide development.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to continuously improve usability and user experience.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new features and enhancements successfully.

Who You Are

• 2 4 years experience in product management or software implementation.
• Strong software engineering background combined with hands-on product management experience.
• Proven track record managing products through full life cycles in SaaS environments.
• Proficient in data analysis and modeling with tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Skilled problem-solver with great attention to detail and execution focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate business challenges and solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred.
