Job Summary Role

Explain product functionality and technical ideas in simple language targeted to end users and developers
Write technical direction on product announcements, marketing brochures, advertisements, and marketing specifications.
Meet with customers, vendors, or publishers to establish technical specifications.
Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides, Wiki and user guides.
Research on topics of Data management and write / recommend topics on trending discussions
Write clear and concise policies and procedures.
Adjust copy as necessary and proofread for grammar and spelling.
Follow a life cycle called document development life cycle.
Release the document following final approval.
Create product training documentation, videos and online tutorials.
