Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparation.
  • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparations.
  • Preparation of Tender synopsis, Search tender efficiently and participate in them within the due date
  • Attend Pre-Bid Meeting with government organizations and making a good relationship with them.
  • Perform Pre-Bid site survey for collecting the existing technical and commercial site data.
  • Supervise the preparation of the technical-commercial and financial bids.
  • Maintain the records of bids and tender and bid opening results.
  • Project Co-ordination, Strategies for win tender.
  • Prepare Purchase orders and follow-up for timely execution within the time stipulation.
  • Followup Payment realization, Agreement and performance bank guarantee submission and realization of EMD Etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Tech/ M.Tech (Electrical)
  • Experience with Government E-Tendering portals like EESL and IOCL (Must Have)
  • Experience with Lighting Industry (Good to have)
