• Providing estimation for new requirements and assist Sales / Pre-sales team in winning project
• Managing CR effectively and taking notes of it
• Guiding team members, supervising their work and helping them grow in technical skills
• Generating bug-free projects and compliance of SOW
• Managing proactive client communication for projects assigned
• Handle queries / technical issues of clients
• Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies
• Managing code & documents repository of project on server
• Reporting on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects
