- Document all requirements and the business solution such that clients, the development team and QA team understand them clearly to go about their tasks.
- Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.
- Basic knowledge of wire-framing and prototyping. Create Data Flow diagram, ER diagram on customer s request.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem and the solution.
- Manage changes to business requirements and do analysis of rework and new work.
- Help Client by giving trainings and demos to understand the proposed solution and gain trust of client.
- Do any product s Solution mapping.
- Understand scrum and implement requirement gathering in scrum phases so that the team can take it forward from there.
- Ensure the delivery of the project is as per the expectation of client and help QA team in testing phase to ensure the quality of the project is high.
