Responsibilities & Requirements:

Project Management Skills:

• Experience managing full software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects.
• Ability to define goals, objectives, deliverables, strategies, priorities, and project costs.
• Proficiency in creating, updating, managing, and reporting key project metrics and plans.
• Monitoring and controlling changes to project requirements and deliverables.

Mobile App Development Experience:

• Must have experience handling mobile app development projects.
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS3, and other relevant frameworks and accelerators.
• Understanding of mobile application integration within enterprise environments.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in enterprise mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Familiarity with design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOPs), and mobile application architectures.
• Knowledge of optimizing and integrating business processes across different systems and mobile technologies.
• Experience with industry-standard environments for iOS and Android development.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Ability to serve as clients primary point of contact (POC), understanding their culture, people, and processes.
• Coaching and mentoring team members on technology, client business, processes, and expectations.
• Creating a positive and collaborative working environment for the team.
• Involvement in supervising team members' activities.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Self-learner to stay updated with technological advancements within the mobile app development domain.
• Capturing and creating lessons learned reports for all projects.
