Job Summary
Participates in development, defect analysis, impact analysis activities and ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
Develop expertise on workforce management domain and underlying architecture of the product.
Interpret informal requirements descriptions and detail them for implementation by the team
Keep updated with the technology concepts and ensure team compliance to best practices for coding.
Achieve and maintain individual Sprint velocity.
Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure better Customer experience
3 - 5yrs' IT experience
More than 2yrs of relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java, XML
Exp. in Object-oriented analysis, design and programming, database modeling, etc.
Expertise in Javascript, Angular, AJAX and other Java presentation technologies, SOA and Web Services
Good experience with Unit Testing processes and tools (JUnit)
Hands-on experience with Design Patterns
Exposure to database techniques/tools such as data modeling, Oracle, SQL, etc
Conversant with platforms, tools and frameworks used in application development
Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodology and TDD (Test Driven Development)
Excellent Debugging / Troubleshooting skills for quick problem solving
Should have experience in solving java and database performance issues.
Good Communication and Collaboration Skills
Description
The engineer will be a part of engineering team for WFC product which implements new features in product and helps resolves issues faced by Kronos customers in their live environments via code fixes / minor enhancements.Participates in development, defect analysis, impact analysis activities and ensure quality and conformance to product standards.
Develop expertise on workforce management domain and underlying architecture of the product.

Qualifications
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Computer Science with at least 60% throughout academics3 - 5yrs' IT experience
More than 2yrs of relevant experience
