Job Summary
The candidate will be working with India and Global customers where Kronos is deployed
The candidate will adhere to SLAs
Periodically update the customer on the status of cases owned
Submit detailed root cause analysis to the customer for each case closure
Timely resolve the issues reported by the customer which are related to Kronos Workforce Timekeeper/Workforce Dimension/Workforce Integration Manager/Workforce Accruals/Workforce Attendance/Workforce Device Manager/Custom Reports/ Process Template/GTOR modules
Resolve the performance issues reported by the customer by optimizing the stored procedure/query used in the Custom Reports/Workforce Integration Manager
Troubleshoot hardware issues of Kronos 4500 Terminal/Kronos InTouch Terminals
Create knowledge base articles as on a required basis
Qualification :
Experience in building/troubleshooting Kronos Interface (Workforce Integration Manager)
Strong on SQL database query/Oracle query experience is required
Experience in building/troubleshooting custom reports
Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL server T-SQL scripting
Hands on experience with DB query performance tuning
Exposure to reporting tools like SSRS, BIRT, etc.
Prior experience supporting an enterprise level application based on Java utilizing web services is an advantage
Hands on experience in API based integrations
Experience in API testing tools like Postman/SoapUI/ARC/PAW/Apiman
Experience in Splunk, Query Builder, Log Analyzer
Experience in restful services and usages
Experience in cloud based integration tools like Dell Boomi
Support experience in Java, server technologies like IIS, JBOSS, Apache, SSO will be added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
Excellent spoken & written English skills
Description
The candidate will be responsible to pick the cases from support queue and do TriageThe candidate will be working with India and Global customers where Kronos is deployed
The candidate will adhere to SLAs

Qualification :
Qualifications
The candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech graduate with 6-12 years of IT experience in customer support preferable in product support, minimum 5 years of Kronos experienceExperience in building/troubleshooting Kronos Interface (Workforce Integration Manager)
Strong on SQL database query/Oracle query experience is required
Experience in building/troubleshooting custom reports
