Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Quality Management (nuclear Projects) Job in Ksb Limited

Vacancy is available at KSB Ltd. Chinchwad, Pune in Maharashtra State.

Job description -

• Review and Approve the supplier documents such as Quality Plan, Process Plan, Inspection Plan and NDE Procedures.
• Plan and Coordinate inspection activities with NPCIL QS.
• Responsible for inspection of Raw Materials and Fabricated items with NPCIL - QS at manufacturing stage and final stage.
• Responsible for NDE examination for PT, MT, UT, RT and VT as per the approved procedure.
• Responsible for welding consumables Inspection, Procedure and Welder Qualification.
• Carry out the inspection at Sub-suppliers.
• Monitor manufacturing and inspection progress and submit the progress /status report.
• Resolve the problems and take the necessary corrective actions as desired.
• Review and approve the Quality Documents.
• Conduct System and Process Audit at Main and Sub-suppliers.

Educational qualification & Experience -

BE Metallurgy with 4 6 years of experience in material manufacturing industry.

Knowledge and Competencies -

• NDE level II or III Qualification in VT, PT, MT, UT and RT
• ASME section IIA, III, V, VIII and IX
• Certified Welding Inspector (AWS or CSWIP)
• Certified Auditor for QMS as per ISO: 9001:2015
• Knowledge in Material Manufacturing Process and Inspection / Testing
• Knowledge of Fabrication and Material Failure Analysis
• Planning and Coordination Skills
• Problem Solving and Analytical Ability
• Communication Skills
• Networking Skills
