Job Description
- 10+ years of experience in programming and application development - Java and Open Source
- Experience in AWS
- Strong interest to stay abreast of digital operating modes, enabling technologies, best practices, and insurance industry direction
- Assist in sales and pre-sales process including working with PoCs, Custom demos, Solution architecture design and technical presentations.
- Strong Technical knowledge and Successful track record of managing, coaching, and leading a large team
- Ability to communicate to technical and non-technical business stakeholders
- Should have good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Direct Customer Interaction Experience
- Experience working for a Product based / SaaS platform / Start up is an asset
- Excellent SQL skills and extensive experience in RDBMS/NoSQL DB concepts.
