Business Operation Head Job in Kunvarji Group

Responsibility

• Coordinationwithvendorsandimplementationsfromtimetotimeforupdatesinfrontofficeandbackoffice.
• Coordination with vendors and implementations from time to time for updates in online software and applications including E-KYC, Live RMS and others.
• Oversee the operations & processes in the departments ofKYC, DP and RMS.
• Coordination with professional clearing members & banks for derivatives and CM segment. Further timely coordination for extra ordinary daily limits and overall Bank Guarantee Limits.
• Coordinationwithcompanyfinanceandclearingteamfordailypayin/payouts,settlements,stockpledge/repledge.
• Coordination and maintenance of operations for SEBI registered PMS, Registered Investment Advisory services Wealth Management Services.
• MaintenanceandrelationshipswithHNIclientsandSubbrokers.
• Verificationandimplementationofapplicablecirculars,guidelinesandprocessesasnotifiedbyexchangesandregulatorsfromtimetotime.
• Connecting the requirements of operations, compliance and business from time to time and in sync with each other.
• Maintenanceofrelationships&communicationswiththeClients,Bankers,Exchanges,Vendors&ProfessionalClearingMembers.

Skills & Experiences

• All required NISM certificates with validity.
• Experience and knowledge in field as Head operations of stock broking (includes commodities and currencies).
• Experience and knowledge with regards to Information, technologies and software systems used in the broking industry.
• Ideal to have knowledge and accounting and analysis of business of the broking.
• Ideal to have experience in the audits of exchanges and regulators.
