Job Description:

The job involves providing help desk support to customers, in a Chat /Non Voice process. The executives are involved in resolving customer queries, retaining the customers & resolving non-technical customer queries. The incumbent needs to work towards maximum customer satisfaction.

Domestic Non voice chat process (Work from Home & Office both available).

1. Excellent Written & Verbal communication in English & Hindi.

2. Fresher / Experience & Graduate / Under Graduate both can apply.

3. Must be Comfortable working in shift (8pm to 12am) shift after Training.

4. Six days working/ 1 rotational off

5. Immediate joining

6. Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.

7. Candidates applying for Work from home must have own laptop & Wi-Fi.

• CTC @8500/- for PT employees

• We require 250 people with experience & fresher.
• Both work from home & office available.
