Responsibilities

• Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines. Basically, a lot of planning and strategizing.
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
• Assist stakeholders in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
• Obtain daily project status from all team members.
• Implement and improve the project management mechanisms.
• Prepare and assist in project documentation.
• Document and notify about resource needs and availability.
• Organise and schedule team meetings.
• Assume responsibility for the program s people and clients.
• Provide consistent updates on the projects to all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and help with dependencies and adjustments.
• Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement with the aim of maximising ROI.

Skills

• The candidate pursuing/pursued MBA/B.Tech/BCA/BE is mandatory.
• Tech/coding background highly preferred
• Excellent organisational, leadership and time management skills
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Ability to think strategically, prioritise effectively, and drive results
• Excellent command of English and Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment under deadline pressures
• Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritise effectively
