Job Summary
  • Ensure production at site is as per schedule and within estimated cost without compromising on Quality and Safety
  • Identify and organize the resources (people, material, tools and equipment) needed for the execution of the project
  • Ensure that safety regulations, quality standards and relative procedures and practices are met
  • Coordinate between various departments like Quality, Welding, Design and Maintenance & Stores for smooth production process at site
  • Monitor the Production Process and provide timely inputs to the Project Planning/Controls teams for updates
  • Resolve Site queries by escalating production issues to concerned departments
  • Plan, Schedule and review activities at site as per the project plan
  • Ensure product dispatch on time with zero-punch points
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
  • Assembly of job components and subassemblies as per the revision controlled drawings and fabrication process sheets derived from standards and customer specifications.
  • allocating day to day work as per priority and project sequence of job
  • monthly planning & monitoring
  • quality of weld ensured through regular spot check followed by feedback to the welders.
  • Responsible for compliance of ISO 9001 in all the activities on the shop floor including planning documents, design documents, welding documents & customer specification.
  • develop strategy for execution of pre commissioning
  • prepare & update checklist as per clause in the contact
  • participate in engineering & special studies
  • Address pre commissioning related estimates for bids and proposal
  • planning & scheduling
  • knowledge in scaffolding
  • coordinate with engineering for resolution of process & engineering related issues
  • manage manpower for execution
  • knowledge in SAP and other related ERPs in a manufacturing set up
  • align process and governing guidelines for execution
  • experience i large scale heavy manufacturing industry preferably from oil & gas

Qualification :
Diploma - Mechanical
Experience Required :

2 to 5 Years
