To lead the Global Aftermarket team handling onsite repairs, refurbishment, repair shops, technical support, spares and training To achieve Aftermarket orderbooking, sales and profitability targets Developing new customers/ markets Building and nurture Aftermarket - Pre-Sales to ensure timely submission of proposals, booking of orders and turn-around Provide technical solutions for customer issues To work with multifunctional teams to resolve product issues To submit MIS Reports on time
