Lsi India Estimationtion/procurement/qs/ Contracts Job in La Sorogeeka Interiors

Responsibilities:

- Review and understand the scope of the project

- Preparation of new BOQ or revision of received BOQ if necessary

- Package-wise breakdown of BOQ

- Floating inquiries for outsourced items according to packages and specification as required.

- Pricing of BOQ

- Provide a summary of packages and BOQ for internal purposes.

- Submission of tender/ proposal post management approval.

- Prepare and maintain rate-library for joinery and fit out work items, aspects

- Responsible for all estimation works in joinery and fit-out works.

- Estimation of all incoming Tenders or Projects to identify the required Resources

Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience
• Must be from interior fit-out industry

Qualifications:

- Minimum Requirement- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or in related Engineering Field.
