Great communication skills. Experience working as a Scrum master and Agile methodologies in Development teams
Proficiency in User Stories estimation techniques, PowerPoint, Excel, Word is a must.& Collaboration with Multiple teams between US & India
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Experience in working with JIRA for Ticketing as well as Agile Scrum planning
Ability to work with and coordinate between teams in India and US locations
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and educate the team to adapt to new changes and methodology roll outs.
