Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responding to support calls and emails from all levels of staff.
  • Perform 1st level trouble shooting in a Windows 7&10 Active Directory environment.
  • Documentation and development of internal Wiki (Samanage) for user knowledge base.
  • Creation of new user/computer objects & changes to user/group accounts in Active Directory.
  • Maintain IT tickets within their SLA expectations.
  • Additionally, provide smartphone, tablet and boardroom AV support.
  • Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP network issues.

  • Basic knowledge of current Microsoft OS and desktop applications
  • Experience in IT Support (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Ability to follow through in a timely manner with all set tasks
  • ??Strong customer service skills

Desirable Selection Criteria

  • B.Tech Fresher or 1-year Desktop Support experience
