Job Summary

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Responding to support calls and emails from all levels of staff.
- Perform 1st level trouble shooting in a Windows 7&10 Active Directory environment.
- Documentation and development of internal Wiki (Samanage) for user knowledge base.
- Creation of new user/computer objects & changes to user/group accounts in Active Directory.
- Maintain IT tickets within their SLA expectations.
- Additionally, provide smartphone, tablet and boardroom AV support.
- Troubleshoot basic TCP/IP network issues.

- Basic knowledge of current Microsoft OS and desktop applications
- Experience in IT Support (minimum 1 year)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to follow through in a timely manner with all set tasks
- ??Strong customer service skills
Desirable Selection Criteria
- B.Tech Fresher or 1-year Desktop Support experience
