Job Summary
Looking For:
- Must be able to perform business development tasks and its relevant process
- Analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities and monitoring of its implementation
- Prepare the Business Model answering "how do we make money" and its analytical backup and roadmap for implementation, the Business Plan.
- Practical application of marketing techniques and the management of a firm's marketing resources and activities
- Build detailed profiles of each competitor in the market, focusing especially on their relative competitive strengths and weaknesses using SWOT analysis
- Marketing managers will examine each competitor's cost structure, sources of profits,resources and competencies, competitive positioning and product differentiation, degree of vertical integration, historical responses to industry developments, and other factors
- The ability to manage, recruit & train a strong future sales team
