Engineering Manager Job in Leadsquared

Role We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager/Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our teams. Some of the key responsibilities would be: Build and manage high-performing teams. Work closely with Product Managers to prioritize and plan the work (Release and Sprint Planning). Manage and lead engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that is maintainable, observable and performant Work with engineering teams on a continuous basis to improve the technology infrastructure and processes to increase developer productivity. Build an engineering culture (TDD, ATDD, BDD, Code Quality, Automation, Continuous Delivery) within the teams. Participate in design and code reviews. Refine processes to make software releases easy and fast Clear communication and 100% visibility of project status to all stakeholders Requirements: Overall 10+ years of experience in software industry, with recent experience in building software products. Passion for building and delivering great software which users love to use. 3+ years of recent experience in leading software development teams with full responsibility of software releases, process, and people management. Experience in managing multiple product teams (15 to 20 Members). Should have had progressive career growth. Excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate with stakeholders and coach teams. Experience in building multi-tenant applications using one or more of these technologies (Java, Angular, React, Micro services, Kubernetes, and AWS). Thorough knowledge of building, deploying, scaling, and managing applications natively in AWS. Experience with Continuous Delivery, DevOps processes and Observability.
