Manager- Finance Controller Job in Leadsquared

Responsibilities: Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies Revenue and cost closure along with reconciliation of books of accounts and overall books closure including unbilled and unearned accounting. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, processes and controls Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations and ensuring timely closure of all Audits Evaluating the existing risks in the process and recommending necessary controls. Analysis of monthly spend and RCA for variation Vs estimation, Plan, previous period Strong knowledge and understanding of GAAP, Ind AS reporting Ensure reporting functions and responses to ad hoc requests for financial related information are appropriately delivered Ensure proper training and improvement within the team is addressed to specific need of the member Ensuring book closure calendar is strongly followed and optimization in overall book closure process. Requirements: Experience in managing a team of more than 4-5 people Chartered Accountant with 6-7 years of experience in controllership, Risk, IFC & Audit Good communication skills verbal & written. Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues Strong knowledge on ERP systems experiences and implementation Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Patience and resilience.
