Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

New Tech/ISV Partners Recruitment and Onboarding to the Leadsquared Ecosystem/apps marketplace. Familiarize the newly recruited partners about the LSQ partnerships and app marketplace Develop and drive business relationships with Technology partners and build a pipeline of new joint opportunities via customer mapping exercises through partner account managers + sales teams and co-marketing events through the marketing teams Discover the sales, technical, and marketing personas at Partner s end and channelize them to the right enablement track. Own the successful completion of the assigned track Be a key contact point at Leadsquared for technology partners and facilitate meaningful relationships between Leadsquared teams(Product + Sales + Partner Account Managers) and our Partners teams (sales, sales engineering, marketing & events, product, executives) Jointly plan and develop GTM activities with partners (e.g. events, webinars, workshops, white papers) and execute with Partner Marketing Clearly articulate the milestones for new and existing partners in terms of 30, 60, and 90 days journeys. Align with the Partner leadership so that the team completes the mutually decided milestones. Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities that drive both reach and revenue for Leadsquared s product Build relationships with strategic partners and create joint partner enablement plans and programs in collaboration with Partner counterparts Share learnings with the cross functional teams on how to continue to evolve the partner program so that our partners and customers are successful Learn about the business, how the partner ecosystem works, Leadsquared s and Technology Partner s role in it Join conversations with technology partners and hear about their fit with Leadsquared s use-cases. Drive discussions with Prodcut,Pre-Sales,Sales, Partnership and marketing teammates Manage and Work with Technology partners and identify opportunities to grow usage of Leadsquared with joint customers Build and maintain personal Relationships with Strategic Partners, including at the senior level Understand the different use cases customers come to us with, and how they can get the most out of Leadsquared with our partner Confidently lead basic conversations on software API related matters with partners: development, technical FAQs, integration, and potential stopgaps Develop go to market pricing in collaboration with partners Cross functionally partner with direct sales to efficiently maximize our sales lead delivery system Add new software partners per quarter; a minimum of new partners every year based on sales,pre-sales,product teams inputs Hunting; Identify, engage, and complete new partner evaluation/discovery meetings per month with potential partner contacts Drive & co-ordinate with the partner account managers to generate new sales opportunities every month through the Technology/ISV partner and track the same Annual target for the number of deals generated through partner lead referrals , exchange ,Co-sell and Co-marketing Qualifications BE/MBA with up to 5 years of work experience in the software/tech industry. Experience in handling ISV/Technology/Channel partners business, partner sales and Onboarding and Program managing ISV/Technology/Channel partners Knowledge of SaaS business model, SaaS technologies, and related applications. Experience in CRM/Marketing Automation products is preferred Basic understanding of the technology concepts e.g. APIs ,CRM, Chatbots, CPaaS(Cloud Telephony,SMS,Whatsapp business ,Social Messaging- LINE,Viber) etc
