The Role
LeadSquared is being adopted in several non-English speaking countries, specifically in South-East Asia, North European, and Latin American countries.
We are seeking a Program Manager to own the localization and internationalization effort at LeadSquared. The role will report to SVP Engineering and will work closely with sales and product leadership. A QA team will directly report to the role, and all translations will be handled by an external vendor.
The role will involve:
- Work with sales and business development teams to identify target geographies and locales where LeadSquared is getting traction.
- Work with the engineering team to identify strings to be localized, and work with a vendor to get them translated into target languages.
- Build and operate a QA team to ensure the product is properly localized in specific target locales.
- Identify and track issues to closure by working with the Engineering team in terms of missed strings, UI or other localization issues.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in software development, testing, and release of business applications.
Experience in either testing, development, or project management of localization and internationalization projects.
Good project management experience with eye for detail and zero leakage of tasks.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Very well-organized and structure-loving individual.
Exceptional documentation and presentation skills.
