  • Ensure completion of sales Process in place and Productivity and the company's everyday activities run smoothly.
  • Quality Check of Team Members Performance and Share Feedback accordingly.
  • To Provide Training to New Joiners as Required.
  • To Supervise Team Adherence and Compliance are as per the Policies.
  • Preparation of Productivity and Performance Reports of the Team.
