Position overview
LealMart India Private India (www.lealmart.com) is a fast-growing digital B2B platform
working to fix the gap between manufacturer retailers, retailer, and their consumers working
as a bridge between them headquartered in Patna, Bihar. We are searching for a Commission /
Salary based B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new
business clients and listing their products or services shops on our platforms. This is an
exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.

Principal duties and responsibilities
Actively approach targeted retailers.
Search for new client leads.
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Requirements
Higher level education.
Prior experience in B2B sales desired.
Fluency in English and Hindi both
Good command of other regional languages would be an advantage.
Interest in the retail market and fieldwork.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
