will be Interacting with multiple stakeholders and technical team Facilitate and collaborate with team to bring out desired solution which aligns with business needs and user goals Self-motivated to get things done Being positive to take feedback and take iterative approach to design Craft development ready designs Preparing UX deliverables (user flows, user journey, user personas) and articulate design solution 3 And If you want to continue to do above and also Love to create concepts, wireframes, create interactive prototypes Follow show and tell approach Display UX principles in practice and not just use it as jargon Love to DESIGN for all - IOS, Android and Web responsive designs Have worked on Mac, but this is optional
