Job Summary
  • Ensuring accurate / timely monthly payroll processing while maximising efficiencies, maintaining operational standards and adhering to department policies and procedures.

  • Handling employee benefits administration- Group Health Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Covid - 19 Insurance, monthly addition & deletions.

  • Implementing Flexi benefits and tax saving components like -Food wallet, Car lease, periodicals, etc.

  • Provide timely response to inquiries from HR, accounting, managers, employees, government, and other third-party agencies utilising knowledge and interpretation of policies, procedures, and legislation.

  • Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies. Supervise and coach payroll team. Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits.

  • Handle employee queries and arrange org wide open sessions for all the team members quarterly.

  • Reviews, analyses and verifies payroll reports and documents for accuracy makes necessary adjustments or corrections through journal entries or other established procedures.

  • Analyzes and responds to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures authorises exceptions to the policy within defined limits.

  • Streamlining the salary advance/loan policy.

  • Managing the HRMS system

Experience Required :
