Business Development Manager. Job in Leap Finance Inc

About the Role:

We are looking for stellar Business Development Managers to help students globally plan their end-to-end study abroad journeys and get admits from their dream universities.
The charter for this role will include:

• Own P&L for your funnel

• Manage Assistant Managers and Relationship Officers / Executives

• Build long term partnerships with high schools, colleges, and universities

• Conduct seminars, webinars, events, and career fairs for students and parents

• Generate leads, get appointments fixed, get counselling done, and get students enrolled

• Work with Admissions Consulting and Test Prep teams to get the best possible outcomes for students

• Ownership of enrolments of students for relevant test prep programs

• Ownership of enrolments of students for admission counselling and profile building programs

• Act as the relationship managers for students in their study abroad journey

• Identifying skills, interests and career goals of the prospective students so as to counsel the students and their families in the best possible manner

• Counselling the students for overseas education, follow-up with the students, solve their queries, and handle the registrations

• Lead the B2B2C and B2C verticals on the demand side

• Work with the marketing and branding teams on online/ offline, ATL/ BTL campaigns

• Drive documents collection required for university applications and visa filing

• Manage calling requirements of the counselling department

• Handle CRM, analyse business metrics, derive insights, and keep innovating on execution

• Train the team and get results as per business cycle

• Managing team s performance on a timely basis and delivering results
  
  

• Build, run and improve business workflows and processes

• Identify, measure, and improve important metrics and communicate with relevant stakeholders

• Building the team and managing performance

Ideal Persona:

• The candidate should be from the Admissions Counselling Industry (Mandatory)

• Have at least 5-8 years of experience in overseas industry

• Have team handling experience of 3-4 years

• Existing relationships with high schools, colleges, and universities

• Extensive knowledge of study abroad programs across courses, universities, and countries

• Experience with B2B2C and B2C sales

• Experience of getting admits for your students from Ivy League and top universities in US, UK, and other countries

• Deep knowledge of college counselling

• Confidence and flair to handle large audiences

• Should be high on agency and a problem solver

• Target oriented with demonstrated achievements in past

• Result Oriented approach

• Clarity of thought and communication

• Coordinate between various teams to achieve results

• Excellent active listening, verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as students make important decisions
