Orm Associate Job in Leap Finance Inc

About the Role:

We are looking for an sales execution specialist to handle Social Media Channels Queries via ORM (Online Reputation Management) tool

The charter for this role will include:

• Distinguishing relevant mentions (Complaints/Queries/Feedbacks) and responding to the customers accordingly across social media channels
• Making responses to the relevant comments on the campaign posts
• Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media
• Highlighting important mentions to the concern Team, which need urgent attention, which includes mentions from important stakeholders
• Follow up on the escalated tickets for timely delivery of the responses to the same
• Making weekly/monthly-activity file by exporting the data from ORM tool
• Must have worked on ORM tools like LocoBuzz, QuickMetrix, Simplify etc
• Good to have working experience on tools like Zoho/Freshworks/ExoTel/YellowMessenger/Verloop.
• Willing to work on multiple channels (Calls, Chats, Emails) as per business requirements.
• Should be a team player and flexible enough for multitasking
• Proactiveness and creativity in planning and execution
• Excellent communication skill is a must
• Good in Excel and PowerPoint

Ideal Persona:

• 1-2 years of experience as a ORM associate.
• Preferred - someone who has worked in a start-up environment.
