Product Analyst Job in Leap Finance Inc

Summary of requirement:

We at Leap are looking for rockstar, energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Analysts to provide business intelligence and actionable insights to various teams across the organization

• Building dashboards and reports for various teams across the organization to help them in making faster decisions

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present the findings using appropriate analysis and visualisation tools.

• Work closely with stakeholders and cater to their analytical needs and design data-driven solutions to the business problems at hand.

• Proficient in building statistically & analytically sound analysis like - customer segmentation, customer profiling, defining customer journeys.

• Working closely with the product team to manage sprints and ensure delivery of products

• Working on PRDs for development of Internal Products

• Actively taking part in customer research calls and building insights on customer persona
  
  

Details / What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Technological understanding - SQL, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Postgres, Excel (more than 1)

• Work experience - 0-2 years

• Experience in Segment, Amplitude is a Plus

• Strong understanding of the numbers and pattern

• The analytical mindset to derive actionable insights
