Job Description -


We're looking for absolute sales rock stars who are comfortable with overseas education. This role will require you to be very comfortable with your screen presence and managing a large pool of students in their study abroad journey


Roles and Responsibilities -


  • Drive conversions in our lead pipeline through Voice and Non Voice Process.

  • Working together with counsellors in processing the application and Visa

  • Doing multiple follow ups with students and keeping the student engaged till visa.

  • Getting the feedback from students and helping them in clearing their doubts.

  • Working as a Bridge between Counsellor and Student.

  • Convincing the students to book IELTS exams with us.Pitch LeapScholar's various offerings including IELTS, Counselling, Application Filing,Visa services, etc


  • Desired Candidate Profile -

  • Must be from Bangalore or willing to relocate to bangalore.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales track record and high ticket sales experience would be a bonus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing any regional language will be a plus. Should be comfortable to work on weekends(Sat compulsory working), with a week off in between Tuesday - Friday and Sunday fixed off.

  • Should be tech-savvy, high agency, and result-oriented.

  • Must have experience in doing upselling and cross selling.

  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Hands on MS office excel,Crm.
